Who we are and what we do.
SpotiFlow is a done-for-you AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) agency built exclusively for companies whose websites run on HubSpot Content Hub. We execute the technical and content work that gets your brand cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. We are not a SaaS tool. We are not a generic SEO agency. We are a specialized execution team.
SpotiFlow is built by Stratenet, a HubSpot Platinum Partner since 2015 with 200+ client implementations across Europe. Stéphane Bouchez, founder of Stratenet, created SpotiFlow in 2024 specifically because AEO for HubSpot Content Hub deserves its own dedicated team and methodology. We operate from Belgium and Portugal, serving clients globally in English.
Because the results are structurally better on Content Hub, and we refuse to promise outcomes we cannot reliably deliver. Content Hub has native schema markup, topic cluster architecture, clean semantic HTML, and HubSpot CDN — all of which give it a measurable AEO advantage over WordPress, Webflow, and custom stacks. Our entire methodology is built around this platform. Using it with another CMS would mean worse results and a compromised guarantee.
SpotiFlow is not directly a HubSpot Partner — that status belongs to Stratenet, our parent company, which holds HubSpot Platinum Partner status since 2015. SpotiFlow operates as a specialized product of Stratenet. When you work with SpotiFlow, you benefit from 16 years of HubSpot expertise and the Stratenet partnership infrastructure.
What is AEO and why does it matter.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) optimizes for Google rankings — getting your pages to appear in search results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) optimizes for AI answer engines — getting your brand cited in responses from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. The tactics overlap but the goal is different. SEO drives clicks to your website. AEO makes your brand the answer before anyone clicks. In 2026, both matter, but AEO is the faster-growing channel.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is often used interchangeably with AEO, though technically GEO refers specifically to optimizing for generative AI models like ChatGPT and Claude, while AEO is broader and includes AI Overviews in Google, voice assistants, and other answer-generating systems. In practice, the tactics that improve your GEO performance also improve your AEO performance. We use both terms but focus on the complete picture.
No. AEO and SEO are complementary. A strong SEO foundation — well-structured pages, technical quality, topic authority — is a prerequisite for AEO performance. AI systems cite content that already has organic credibility. You should not stop investing in SEO because of AEO. You should add AEO on top of a healthy SEO baseline. HubSpot Content Hub is excellent for both.
The fastest way is to manually query ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini with the questions your buyers are likely to ask — for example, the best solution for your specific category. Note whether your brand appears, how often, and in what context. For systematic tracking, HubSpot AEO ($50/month standalone, included in Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise) monitors this automatically across multiple prompts daily.
For Content Hub sites with a solid technical foundation, we typically see first citations within 30 days and measurable score improvement within 60-90 days. This is faster than traditional SEO because AI systems update their knowledge bases more frequently than Google re-crawls and re-ranks pages. Our 90-day guarantee is based on this timeline.
What it costs and how it works.
AEO Audit: €990 one-shot (2-week diagnostic + 90-day roadmap). AEO Growth: €2,990/month (done-for-you execution, our core offer). AEO Scale: €6,990/month (enterprise, multi-market, multi-entity). AEO-Ready Migration: €19,900 one-shot + €2,990/month (full migration from your current CMS to Content Hub with native AEO architecture built in). All prices in EUR, no hidden fees.
Because AEO is not a one-time project. Getting cited by AI systems requires ongoing content production, continuous optimization based on citation data, and consistent earned media work. A one-off setup creates a baseline. The compounding results come from monthly execution. Our retainer structure reflects the reality of what produces results — not what sounds appealing in a sales pitch.
Yes. The first 90 days are a commitment — they represent the minimum window to execute a full S.T.O.P. cycle and measure impact against the guarantee. After day 90, you can cancel with 30 days notice. No early termination fees, no locked contracts beyond the initial period.
Complete technical AEO audit of your Content Hub infrastructure. Baseline AI visibility score across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. Competitor benchmark against 3 direct competitors. Entity and schema gap analysis. Prioritized 90-day roadmap with every fix sequenced. HubSpot AEO setup walkthrough. Delivered as a structured report within 2 weeks of contract signature.
We do not offer a free trial of the retainer. We do offer a free standalone AEO audit through our Free Audit page — this gives you a diagnostic of your current AI visibility and specific recommendations before any commitment. Think of it as a taste of what the onboarding audit looks like, at a lighter level of depth.
How the +20 points guarantee works.
We guarantee that your HubSpot AEO visibility score will increase by at least 20 points within 90 days of the onboarding audit completion. If it does not reach that threshold, we continue working at zero additional cost until it does. The guarantee is conditional on: your site being on HubSpot Content Hub, you providing necessary Content Hub access, and the scope being validated during onboarding audit.
It means we assess your site before committing to the guarantee terms. If your Content Hub has significant technical debt, if your domain authority is near zero, or if your industry has extremely low AI search volume, the 20-point target may need to be adjusted. We tell you this during the audit — before you sign anything. In the vast majority of cases, the standard guarantee applies unchanged.
The score is measured in your HubSpot AEO dashboard — a tool you control, not something we built. Your starting score is established during the onboarding audit. At day 90, we measure again in the same dashboard. The delta needs to be 20 points or more. We specifically chose an objective third-party measurement tool so there is no dispute about methodology.
We keep working at no additional cost until the score reaches the target. There is no cap on how long this extends. We do not have a great incentive to miss the guarantee, which is part of why we assess site eligibility carefully during onboarding. Our track record depends on delivering it.
What it is actually like to be a client.
Very little. We work async by default. The onboarding audit requires a 30-minute call for context and access setup. After that, we deliver monthly reports and content for your approval. There is one optional 30-minute monthly review call. Most clients spend under 2 hours per month on the engagement.
Yes. We need Content Hub Editor access (or Super Admin) to implement schema, optimize pages, and publish content directly. We do not need access to your CRM data or sales pipeline unless you are on Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise with HubSpot AEO integrated — in which case the CRM data improves prompt suggestions. We sign an NDA before access is granted.
Primarily async via a dedicated shared workspace (we use Teamwork for project tracking). Monthly reports are delivered as structured documents with clear summaries. Urgent matters get a same-business-day reply. We do not schedule weekly syncs by default — your time is valuable.
Yes. All content pieces require your approval before publication. Schema and technical changes are executed directly in Content Hub but you can review and revert at any time. We maintain a full change log. You own everything we build — there is no proprietary system that locks you in.
You keep everything. All content we produced, all schema we deployed, all configurations we made — they live in your HubSpot account and remain yours. We do not remove anything on cancellation. You also keep the HubSpot AEO tracking setup and all the prompt data we configured. We hand off a full documentation package on exit.
The HubSpot ecosystem questions.
We strongly recommend it — $50/month is a small investment for objective measurement. Our guarantee is tied to a neutral third-party score, and HubSpot AEO is the cleanest way to track it. That said, it is not strictly required to start. We can use alternative tracking methods. But if you are serious about AEO in 2026, HubSpot AEO is worth activating regardless of whether you work with us.
No. HubSpot AEO and Content Hub are separate products with separate pricing. Content Hub is the CMS (from ~$450/month). HubSpot AEO is the monitoring tool ($50/month standalone, or included in Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise at $800+/month). The bundle that includes both is called HubSpot for Marketers at $900/month. You can have one without the other.
The AEO Grader (hubspot.com/aeo-grader) is a free, one-time snapshot tool. You enter your brand name and get a score across 5 dimensions. No account required, no ongoing tracking. HubSpot AEO is the paid ongoing monitoring product — it tracks specific prompts daily, shows trend data, benchmarks competitors, and provides recommendations. Start with the Grader to see your current baseline, then decide if the paid tool is worth it.
Yes. HubSpot AEO is included in Marketing Hub Pro and Enterprise at no additional cost. Pro gives you 25 prompts tracked daily across 3 engines (2,500 answers/month). Enterprise gives you 50 prompts/day (5,000 answers/month). The CRM-powered prompt suggestions — the most powerful feature — are also activated at these tiers. If you have Marketing Hub Pro, activate HubSpot AEO immediately.
