We collect what you give us in a form — your name, your work email, your company, your website — and what your browser sends when you visit. We use it to answer you and to run your engagement. We do not sell it, we do not enrich it from data brokers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [EMAIL].
What you send us in a form. First and last name, work email, company, job title, phone number, website. We use it to answer your request and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. Legal basis: your request, then the performance of our contract.
What your browser sends. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page. We use it to keep the site available and secure, and to understand which content is useful. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working website.
What we find publicly about your website. When you request an audit, we analyse your public pages and how answer engines mention your brand. That is public information about a company, not personal data — except where a page names an individual, in which case the rules on this page apply to it too.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not enrich what you give us with data from brokers.
Your data is stored in HubSpot, our CRM and CMS (HubSpot, Inc. — its privacy notice and data processing terms are public). The website is served through Cloudflare, which handles security and delivery.
If your engagement involves other tools, they are named in your contract before they are used. We do not transfer your data to anyone else, and we never sell it.
Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to a particular use.
You do not have to justify a deletion request, and asking for one has no effect on any ongoing engagement.
Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Everything travels over encrypted connections. When we work inside a client's HubSpot portal, we ask for the narrowest access that lets us do the job, and that access is revocable by you at any time, in one click.
If we change something that affects you, we update the date at the top and, for a material change, we tell the people concerned by email. Previous versions are available on request.
