The commitments that bind us are those written in your contract — including the 90-day citation target, when it applies to your engagement, with the conditions attached to it.
Outside a contract, nothing on this website is a promise of result. Answer engines change their behaviour without notice and without publishing their criteria: no one can guarantee a specific position, and anyone who does is selling something else.
