- Every comment — internal discussions between our team members are visible to you. No back-room conversations about your account.
- Every time entry — we log actual hours against your retainer. You see where the time went.

The deal is simple:
- Minimum 90-day commitment at signature. This is necessary — the +20 AEO points guarantee requires a full 90-day S.T.O.P. cycle to execute.
- After day 90, cancel with 30 days written notice. No penalty. No exit fee. No clawback clauses. No "payment to release your data".
- You keep everything we built — content, schema, HubSpot AEO setup, entity architecture, methodology documentation. It's all in your HubSpot portal, owned by you.
- Full handover documentation provided on exit so you (or another agency) can continue the work without starting from scratch.

The content flow:

Monthly report structure: 2-page PDF delivered in Teamwork. Page 1: key metrics with month-over-month movement. Page 2: what we did this month and what we're doing next month. Plain English. No fluff charts.

Security-conscious? So are we. We ask for the least privileged access to do the job, and we document why we need each permission.
What we need:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub user (Super Admin): required to install HubSpot AEO, manage schema, access all content. This is standard for any AEO work.
- Google Search Console access (read-only): to monitor search impact during and after optimization work.
- Google Analytics 4 access (Viewer): to cross-reference AI-referred traffic with conversion data.
What we don't need: CRM contact data, deal data, sales pipeline, financial data, or anything else outside of marketing execution. If something we request feels excessive, we explain why — or we find another way.
Before kickoff, you receive a one-page access checklist. Everything is scoped, nothing is open-ended. You remove our access the day the relationship ends.

You don't get shuffled through junior account managers. Your account is assigned to one senior strategist from day one — they stay with you for the entire engagement.

Execution team (behind the scenes): technical SEO specialists handle schema deployment and crawl configuration. AEO content writers produce the 4 monthly articles under your strategist's direction. There are no hidden costs in the €2,990/mo retainer. But there are things we don't do — and you should know what they are before signing.
Not included in AEO Growth retainer:
- Paid media. We don't run Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or any paid campaigns. If you need that, Stratenet (our parent agency) offers it as a separate service.
- Website redesign. The retainer assumes your Content Hub site is already in decent shape. If it needs a rebuild, see our AEO Website Ready offer (€19,900 one-shot).
- Complex HubSpot implementations. RevOps work, CRM integration, custom objects, automation architecture — this is Stratenet's core expertise, available separately.
- Writing in languages other than English. Our core AEO content team works in English. French content is available at +€500/mo. Other languages scoped on request.
- Unlimited article revisions. Up to 2 rounds of edits per piece. Beyond that, it indicates we've misunderstood the brief — we redo the article from scratch, no extra charge, but your 2-round edits on that piece are spent.
- Same-day turnaround. We're an async team. 24-hour response SLA, not 24-minute. If you need real-time responsiveness, we're not a good fit.
