I’m Stéphane Bouchez. I’ve been doing search for 25 years. Spotiflow is what I built when search stopped being about ranking.

I’ve seen search change before
I started in 1999, when getting found meant submitting your site to directories by hand. Then Google rewrote the rules and a lot of businesses waited to see if it was real. The ones who waited spent the next decade catching up.
Answer engines are the second time this happens in my career. I recognise the shape of it. That’s the whole reason Spotiflow exists.
Who is behind Spotiflow?
The agency I founded in 2009 — Stratenet — is a separate company I still run. It isn’t Spotiflow, and its clients aren’t Spotiflow’s.
Before HubSpot, I did visibility at scale
Long before the HubSpot years, I ran SEO and search visibility for some of Europe’s largest companies — and for smaller, well-known Belgian names. This is the craft Spotiflow is built on.
I spoke at conferences on search for years — then deliberately put that chapter on pause to focus exclusively on RevOps. Answer engines are what brought me back. I’m returning to the roots of visibility, and I haven’t been this excited about search in a long time.
What I actually do all day
I did not buy an AI tool and put a logo on it. I built the delivery chain myself — the audit engine, the scoring grid, the measurement protocol, the optimisation pipeline. It runs because I spent two decades learning what to tell it to look for.
The machine crawls, scores, measures and drafts. I decide what matters for your business, I set the target I’m willing to guarantee, and I read every page before it reaches your portal.
What that buys you: a level of analysis no human team produces at the same price or speed — with one person who answers for every decision.
So — a freelancer or an agency?
Fair question — and the honest answer is neither, exactly. You get one senior person to deal with, with a company and a system behind him. Two engagements a month, because a method that guarantees an outcome can’t be sold in volume. Here’s what actually protects you.
Who this isn’t for
If you don’t run HubSpot Content Hub, I’m not your best option — the method is built into that platform.
If you want volume content, I’m the wrong call. I optimise what deserves to be cited and delete the rest.
If you need someone in your standups every week, hire someone in-house. I work in cycles, not in meetings.
If you want guaranteed traffic or guaranteed revenue, no one can honestly sell you that — and I don’t. What I can point to is our results: honestly, more traffic, more leads and better opportunities. Prospects routinely tell us the same thing — “ChatGPT recommends you on almost every question we ask.”
What working with me looks like
One person, start to finish. The same one who ran your audit reads your drafts and answers your email. There is no account manager, because there is no account to manage.
