We run our own method on our own portal — in public, with the raw exhibits and exactly where we go next. If we couldn’t do it for ourselves, we wouldn’t sell it to you.

Full disclosure before you read a single number.

The portal below belongs to Stratenet — a HubSpot partner agency operated by our founder. It is not a client. It is where the method was built, and it is the only portal we can show you at this stage — so we are showing all of it, including the parts that aren’t finished.

Act 1 · we win

Same market. Same tracked keyword set. Same period.

Estimated visibility: 137.45 for us. 26.12 for the next one. And three of the four competitors went down over the same period, while we went up.

Where we stand today, against the same market.

We are not showing a growth percentage here: our tracked keyword set changed during the period, which would make the comparison misleading.

The ceiling

And here is the part most agencies would hide: our remaining growth potential on this keyword set is rated low.

That is exactly what winning looks like. We took what there was to take where we were looking. The next gain comes from new ground: brand entity and off-portal authority — the levers we build next.

FAQ

Questions about these numbers

Whose portal is this data from?

It belongs to a HubSpot partner agency operated by our founder — not a client. It is where the method was built and the only portal we can show at this stage, so we show all of it, including what isn’t finished.

Did you edit any of the numbers?

No values have been altered on any exhibit. Competitor names are masked as Competitor A–D, in descending order of value, with stable colours. Tool, scope, period and extraction date appear on every exhibit.

Why don’t you show a growth percentage?

Our tracked keyword set changed during the period, which would make a start-to-end percentage misleading. So we only show the gap measured on the same day, on the same set, for everyone — which is directly comparable.

What does “average position in AI answers” mean?

It is the average rank our pages hold inside AI answers across 112 tracked prompts — a lower number is better. It is not a visibility score. Ours improved by 4.2 places, from about 19 to 14.7.

Which tools do you use?

HubSpot Content Hub is where the work ships. Measurement and production run on a wider stack — SEMrush for positions, visibility and AI tracking; Claude for analysis and content agents; Google Analytics 4 and Search Console for first-party data; and our proprietary 105-criteria engine. Everything is cross-checked, never single-sourced.
